Our virtual tours are much more than a simple tour offering a wide range of choices such as social media integration, interactive maps, videos, photo galleries, and many other features..This site may include articles, comments, and member created pages which allow you and other users and members to post information. You agree not to post or transmit any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, profane, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable material of any kind, including, but not limited to, any material which encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, violate the rights of others, or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national or international law. You will be responsible for, and indemnify and hold harmless iAriv against, any claim arising from any material that you post or transmit. Although iAriv may from time to time monitor or review discussions, postings, transmissions, bulletin boards and other user and member generated pages on the Site, iAriv.com is under any obligation to do so.
Your use of the Service and the Sites is at your own risk. iAriv do not review or monitor any websites linked to the Service and the Sites and are not responsible for the content of any such linked web sites. Your use of such web sites is at your own risk. You acknowledge that the use of any advice, opinion, recommendation, statement or other information displayed, link to, or distributed through the Service and the Sites is at your own risk.
Membership : Your iAriv membership will continue and automatically renew until terminated. We may offer a number of membership plans, including special promotional plans or memberships offered.
Free Trial period : Your iAriv membership may start with a free trial. The duration of the free period of your membership lasts will be specified during sign-up and is intended to last until # of free scenes/tours are exhausted.
Billing and Cancellation : Billing Cycle. The membership fee for the iAriv service any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged to your Payment Method on the specific billing date. The length of your billing cycle will depend on the type of subscription that you choose when you sign-up for the service. Membership fees are fully earned upon payment.
Payment Methods : You authorize us to charge any Payment Method associated to your account in case your primary Payment Method is declined or no longer available to us for payment of your subscription fee. You remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not cancel your account, we may suspend your access to the service until we have successfully charged a valid Payment Method.
Cancellation : You can cancel your iAriv membership at any time, and you will continue to have access to the iAriv service through the end of your billing period. To cancel, go to the "My Profile" page on our website and follow the instructions for cancellation. If you cancel your membership, your account will automatically close at the end of your current billing period.
Changes to the Price and Subscription Plans. We reserve the right to change our subscription plans or adjust pricing for our service or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion. Except as otherwise expressly provided for in these Terms of Use, any price changes or changes to your subscription plan will take effect following notice to you.
No Refunds. Payments are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. Following any cancellation, however, you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current billing period. At any time, and for any reason, we may provide a refund.
iAriv is accessible worldwide to anyone with Internet access. BY ACCESSING THE SERVICE AND THE SITES, YOU ACCEPT, WITHOUT LIMITATION OR QUALIFICATION, ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THIS USER AGREEMENT. iAriv reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. The changes will appear on this screen. By using the Service and the Sites, you agree in advance to accept any changes.
The materials and content displayed on this web site, that are not member upload items, including but not limited to text, software, graphics, logos, trademarks and service marks are the property of iAriv or its affiliates or licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent or other intellectual property laws. Members agree to not upload post or transmit any material for which they do not hold legal copyright. Members who upload content to iAriv grant iAriv an unrestricted and non-exclusive right to display and utilize the uploaded content.
iAriv reserves the right to restrict or outright deny access to this site to any user, including users which have accessed the site in the past at any time. iAriv may terminate services with or without cause at any time, without prior notice or warning, and effective immediately upon termination.
Users found to be impersonating staff members in any way may have their accounts terminated without prior notice or warning.
Harassment of others, by any means within iAriv is strictly prohibited, will not be tolerated and may result in account termination without prior notice or warning.
SPAM is bulk unsolicited email or public message postings. The act of sending SPAM from, referencing and/or to iAriv is STRICTLY PROHIBITED will not be tolerated and may result in immediate account termination without prior notice or warning.
Users found to have provided incorrect or inaccurate personal information when signing up for or editing their iAriv member account may have their iAriv member account terminated without prior notice or warning. Personal information in the sign up and account details editing area is required and must be correct, verifiable and accurate.
You will pay, and authorize iAriv to charge your credit card automatically, for all applicable fees under these Terms and Conditions or to charge using other selected payment method, for all applicable fees under these Terms and Conditions. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing and contact information to iAriv. iAriv may suspend or terminate the Service if fees are past due.All amounts payable under these Terms and Conditions are exclusive of value-added tax or any other taxes.
No fees or other charges will be refunded or waived in respect of any period of suspension. Any payment later received will be applied first in payment of the interest due, and only secondly in reduction of the indebtedness.
You are responsible for all taxes, governmental fees and other charges. iAriv will charge tax when required to do so. If you are required by law to withhold any taxes, you must provide iAriv with an official tax receipt or other appropriate documentation.
iAriv does not claim ownership of any content that you post on or through the iAriv Service. However, with respect to content you submit, you hereby grant to iAriv a non-exclusive, perpetual, fully paid and royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use, share, distribute, reproduce, modify, publish, publicly perform and publicly display the content that you post on or through the iAriv in any way, any format or medium now known or later developed. This license exists only for as long as you elect to continue to include such your content on the iAriv Services. iAriv reserves the right to indicate author’s name in a prominent way in connection with any public use of your panoramic images if the author’s name was mentioned on those panoramic images by you.

You agree to indemnify and hold iAriv, its subsidiaries and affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, agents, sponsors, partners and employees harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the iAriv Services in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of this Agreement and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above.
This Agreement may be modified from time to time. This Agreement supersedes any prior agreements. The current version applies to your use of the Services and the Site both now and in the past.
